Watch: Elephant rescued after falling into well in Jorhat

An Elephant that tumbled into a well was rescued by the forest officials on Monday. The entire rescue operation was captured in a video.

On Sunday, the Elephant fell into a well while he was searching for food. Though even after trying the animal was unable to get out on its own. Seeing this, the villagers informed the forest department.


After hours of dedicated work, the forest officials managed to free the elephant from the well.
