Elephants create panic for TN village


Anekal: A heard of elephants along with its calves have been wandering in groups in Krishnagiri district, since the last four months.

Krishnagiri district falls on the Tamil Nadu-Karnataka border.

The elephants have now stepped into the forest area of Tamil Nadu's Gobasandiram village.

Reportedly, the sudden arrival of these elephants have spread fear among the villagers.

The forest officials are trying to safely send them back to the forest.

The forest officials from both sides of the border are monitoring the movement of the herd.
